The schools are pretty small so you get to meet all of your co workers

The management is not great, they are unorganized and usually understaffed

The children are wonderful Good food

The rating system is set up to make you not eligible for a raise. They say book your doctor's appointments during your lunch and they won't dock you but you still get docked. You get docked for everything. Even things out of your control like getting COVID! Even if an terrible incident were to happen like if you ended up in the hospital for some reason. No compassion and they call themselves a Christian company. But if you are a favorite teacher you don't have to worry everything is less harsh.
