      Pros

      IT and corporate office team are great Work from home 2-3 days/Hybrid (depending on role/site) Plenty of people that care but don't micromanage.

      Cons

      Wouldn't recommend anything other than an office job Pay could be more competitive No bonus until a year of tenure

      Pros

      The schedule was good, being 4 days on 3 days off one week, then 3 days on 4 days off the next week. They are 12-hour shifts, so every other week, I was getting 8 hours of overtime pay.

      Cons

      My manager was not willing to work with me regarding my pay. It was sometimes not the best environment to be around and some of the staff was not capable of dealing with certain situations. There should be more diversity within the team.
