Favouritism, Glaring Racism, intimidation, no clear objectives, no training. There was a performance review one month after I was hired! Can you imagine that! One month after. There was no training given, I shadowed someone who worked there 18 months prior and couldn’t barely speak English! I struggled to understand a word. Two weeks after, i was literally left on my own! When I had any questions, i was refused any help and made to look incompetent. They wanted me out from day one! I never felt welcome! In my first week, Co-workers from the factory will walk up to me whispering how horrible working in the company was. The work itself was extremely easy but the members of the customer service team which I was in were very hostile to new hires. They have been working for the company for so many years, so they see new hires as a threat. The work itself is extremely easy but they deliberately make it look complicated to justify their roles. I spoke to HR about it but it was termed a “gender divide”. HR is absolutely clueless. This company is always talking about change, but hate change. It was horrible! Please if you are a person of colour, avoid this company at all cost. They are a very Racist company. You will hate it trust me!
