Great place to learn on the fly and plenty opportunity for advancement.

Cons

You get thrown into projects without having a lead walk you through steps. You literally learn on the fly.

-Diverse projects and technologies -Friendly, accepting atmosphere and coworkers -Interesting and varied clients with missions to improve the world -Remote work even before 2020

Cons

-Underpaid for what you do -People who should have been promoted into higher positions based on their work were not promoted -Although women made up at least half of the company, few were on the Board -Women paid less than men for similar responsibilities -Little salary growth potential

Pros

If you have ideas, passion, and dedication you can go far. Leadership values people w/ a POV and vision. The company is very well-respected amongst nonprofits, and it can be fun to work with high-profile nonprofit clients.

Cons

If you are someone who needs a lot of structure and direction from management, JCA isn't for you. JCA has many services, so sometimes the company lacks focus/direction.
