Pros

Interesting product category. Nice offices. Reasonable commute from Orange County most of the time.

Cons

Where to start...the place is run by a small clique of people that worked together at a former company. They operate like a cult. They concentrate power among themselves. They take credit for the team's accomplishments and blame outsiders for their bad decisions. Why have so many been fired? There are some talented people who operate outside of the clique but are subject to double standards, back stabbing, ridicule or simply being ignored.

Pros

Modern office, great fellow employees, everyone respects the workplace and each other

Cons

Deeply misinformed middle management. Shockingly inept at hiring and firing practices - attendance policy enforced radically different per person - with some fired with a 3-lates and out, and others being okay to take off hours, days, weeks, months on a whim with zero repercussions. The norm seems to be - if they need you right now you're golden, if your work doesn't have an upcoming deadline - you're likely to be let go and they don't lay people off they fire them abruptly. The HR personnel are some of the best in the business, and they have to be to put up with and defend the company from the poor business decisions and constant liability invoking choices made. We saw a remote channel manager position get filled and fired 3 times in 3 months. Some Presidents live in other states and report to work less than once per month; some channel managers also live in other states. meanwhile someone needing to work from home for a few days for surgery is told no.

Pros

Everybody is nice to your face.

Cons

Do not believe all the positive reviews. There is zero flexibility for work. I get dinged for showing up late after dropping kids off at school, Ive been in the same department for almost 10 years and received one .80 raise. .80 CENTS!!!! When I first staretd I had no kids my family has since grown I now have real life expenses such as day care for multiple kids, car payments and a house payment plus cost of living inflation. I'm to make all this happen on my .80 cent raise. I have not been given any opportunity for growth and when asked I was told I was hired to work my desk under my current job title so basically don't ask to cross train or learn something new or transfer to another department because its a NO! The ONLY people who EVER get raises or promotions are the VP's. Jacuzzi is so nice about sending out memo's company wide to congratulate the people already making enough money that they are making more money but we have NOT seen one of these nice memos come across for any hourly employee. Great job on this Jacuzzi!!! Incompetent supervisors who don't know how to supervise or create good working morale. Supervisors are only concerned about making themselves look important. Whenever there is a company or department outing we cannot all go together because some are salary and some are hourly and with my .80 cent raise in 10 years I cannot afford to take a long lunch. When there are 1/2 working days during the holidays only salary employees who get raises and promotions get the whole day paid hourly employees have to compensate with their own time and if most of them are like me and only received .80 raise that's pretty tough.
