      Pros

      The company provides a sense of belonging, nice uniforms, and decent pay. The management team is also very friendly and looks after their employees. The CEO is an amazing person!

      Cons

      I could see this type of work not being suitable for everyone as it could be stressful to those who do not have good work ethics. This job requires strong public relations, organization, knowledge of facility management, patience, and punctuality.
