      Pros

      Great benefits package, friendly and relaxed management, beautifully renovated offices, ability to travel, A+ project portfolio for those interested in Performing Arts, PTO and Holiday policy

      Cons

      Office location, Workload — The work must get done. Some weeks, when dealing with stacked deadlines, can be 45-50 hour working weeks. Don’t take this gig unless you are willing to occasionally go the extra mile. If you are willing to do this, you will be rewarded in kind.

      Excellent health benefits, offer flex time, really wonderful teammates who share the same passion for acoustics and AV excellence and the opportunity to work on very rewarding projects.

      Occasional long hours depending on project schedules.

      Pros

      The top pros of working at Jaffe Holden are the people, the projects, and the benefits. I couldn't ask for a better group to work with. They are positive, supportive of each other, and knowledgeable, truly greats in the industry. The projects we work on are exciting and represent some of the greatest in the world, many having won major awards over the years. The benefits are the best I have seen anywhere, and employee quality of life is very high on their priority list.
