Pros
There is very little to be excited about at a company where there is no training, guidance, and/or proper vision from upper management. The only pro are the great yet frustrated employees who all seem to be fed up with upper management which allows for bonding over a common theme. The culture and vision left behind from the founders, Jane and Frank, are shown all over the building, but upper management is simply destroying it day by day.
Cons
There is a very high turnover with management firing/laying off persons who don't agree or confirm to their ideas because there is no such thing as a healthy conflict with them. If you are to raise awareness early, you aren't a team player; if you are to raise awareness late yet still pre-launch, you aren't a team player AND you don't have positive thinkin; and if you are to raise awareness post-launch, then you aren't pro-active. You are set to fail where there is no job training/orientation to know if you are doing things right and when you feel there is room for improvement within a project, process or department, upper management will not budge on any ideas that aren't their own, thus leading to pull your hair and count the days until you can find a new job.
