      Pros

      Rule & Regulation Support of faculty Best faculty teach us Study enlivenment is good Infrastructure is awesome According to the recruitment of the person every thing is available here,like-cafeteria,wi-fi internet etc.

      Cons

      Rule & Regulation is disgusting,its good to have rule & regulation but people who want to move freely and want to talk through mobile its impossible. Top level management behave very rudely.

      The potential of this pace is excellent with healthcare booming and very specialized courses of psychology as well as core allied in a single place.

      Cons

      A single person is ruining the institution as the Director. Not a director but a dictator. Horrible micro management No freedom for faculty to think or express on their own. No Hierarchy structure, every student and staff alike have to take permissions from Director directly for everything. No semester break for students or staff, in open meeting manager said "I hate giving holidays to you" Students were made to write 15 IA / subject in a semester, dictated by the director. Salary discrepancy, all based on your negotiation skill Very bad academic administration, tag line of this place should have been "do it on war footing". No clear plans for the semester or future of the installation.
