1- Very low wages 2- Make you work for 12 hours a day & no overtime compensation for that. 3- Management is pathetic 4- Company HR doesn’t last more than a year 5- Very low level mentality of top 5 governing person of company 6- They treat employees like there slaves 7- Make u work for Monday to Saturday = 12hrsX6days= 72 hrs per week with no extra pay. 8- Don’t give any bonus 9- Increment never comes on time. If it was suppose to come in April then they extent it till November with no compensation for previous missed out months. 10- Torcher there employees with lots of work load. 11- No such project which defines actual Aerospace, so never think that it has some worth projects of Aerospace domain. 12- Better to be jobless then to work in Jaivel Aerospace

Where should I start : Unbelievable pathetic Management Infrastructure : 3 bedroom House as Headquarters......................!! 1 rented room as Branch Office in India.........!! 5 axis machine on picture...............!! Management : Fake promises on promotion / salary hikes & it will be keep pushing from year to year Fake news on building new facility etc. They don't know what is 10000 sq meter. One man show, he is always right & others are always wrong. Best leader of all times....................!! Employee ideas & thoughts are just put into bins. Fancy titles : Owner is MD, his wife as CFO, his co-brother as COO & Other fellow starters as Project Managers. Inventors Invent nothing, Specialists knows nothing, Project Co-ordinators are just Data entry operators. Work Life Balance : Laptop is made available for week end work. Login from picnic / pub where ever you are......!! Customer is important & not your own life....!! Need to inform top management on project updates even if you are dying on bed...!! Role : Always there is one person to check your work & identify errors. Chance of error is always 100% & you are properly welcomed to ruin your day.
