Pros

Looks like my review disappeared after it was up for a while. So let’s try this again.... Pros? Can’t think of any

Cons

Where to begin? The top 3 people in the company make millions and the employees have to beg for basic cost of living raise every year. There is zero structure as far as management in any given department and they cycle through one inexperienced individual after another to "run" the show. Most employees do the bare minimum, if that, and skate by because there is no sort of disciplinary code or plan of action in place- making people who actually do their job have to take on all the extra work to pick up the slack. The office has not expanded to accommodate the growth in employees in recent years and there are not enough parking spaces/toilets/lunch room seats - its pretty much a joke for a company that makes millions. Benefits are weak, you will work among delinquents (junkies in some cases) and the office keeps the "heat" at a brisk 45 degrees in the winter. **** FOR AN ADDED BONUS: As you slave away for $10/hr you can watch the high school drop-out owner of the company escort women into his private bathroom for what can only be assumed is a NSFW activity that requires a locked door and 15-20 min of privacy. The company is a living and breathing HR nightmare. There is so much more that I could add now that I have the pleasure of revisiting this post 6mos later but I'll let people find out for themselves because HEY! they're hiring come and work for this "cool" company! Good luck, it's actually the worst.

Pros

Not many. Except getting to wear whatever you want.

Cons

Don't expect to make enough money to live. The pay is so low this company should be embarrassed. So if you don't mind between deciding to buy groceries and paying your bills then go for it. Almost every single person has a side job or business which is crazy when you work full time or more. They're moving to another location in Westlake but not increasing wages at all for the inconvenience of moving and driving much farther than the current location. That's literally insane. Definitely do not recommend.

Pros

They have a decent food selection.

Cons

The work environment is terrible They openly show lack of care for employees Will start you at $9, when across the country the position starts at $11+ You'll never make more than $10 unless you get into management Mandatory working weekends Benefits are expensive Management as well as HR, will lie to your face Terrible neighborhood
