      - Projects are fun and it's easy to have impact - Management cares about you - Some super talented people, I learned a lot - Co-founders are easy to talk to - Flexible and great for work life balance

      - Things go fast and can change quickly - Periods of rush can happen - Fully remote, I would have wanted to see more my colleagues
