Fun environment, but heavy micromanagement

Fun environment; good team work. Enjoyed working on jewelry.

Cons

A lot of micro-managing. Store will be empty most of the week and you are not allowed to talk to your coworkers to pass the time. Manager would watch us on cameras from her office and then accuse us of not working hard enough.
