Cons
Leadership lacks vision and is completely out of touch with employees. The CEO is cold, uninspiring, and disconnected from staff and the industry alike. She has failed to communicate a real message about our purpose, and continuously hired consultants to suggest one direction after another. This has led to a lack of cohesion and a lack of real scale and evolution in the foundation's programs, and has also underscored leadership's lack of investment and trust in internal talent and vision (which is in abundance below the C-level.) The result is a workplace full of talented and passionate people without a sense of purpose and direction.
