Horrible place to work

Pros

Primoris has unlimited funds to attain bonding and attain more work. Some very nice people below management. Primoris other business units are good.

Cons

Very unsafe place to work. James Construction Group management and their senior executives assumes everyone knows how to produce work and what being safe means. They all assume new hires are experienced and understands risk with work or what safety measures are required. I value my life and family. One if the most unsafe places ever to work for or at. Equipment damages and equipment being destroyed is daily way of life. JCG Managers refuse to plan the work in advance and work the plan. Managers are disrespectful to clients and treats most people terrible. Unless personal is part of the hierarchy, they don't exist. Senior executives don't acknowledge anyone but area and project managers. They can't shake anyone's hand or say "Thank you" or treat people like they are human. JCG managers have desecrated Brian Pratts hard earned work by design by choice. Closed door policy. Hierarchy management style and refuse to accept that most the managers in Belton are dysfunctional liars and don't have a clue what it means to build a project and do so safely. PSC is in over their head and they are putting some of the dumbest people the industry offers to fix the problems and those idiots in charge of Texas will end up costing many millions more than the what many suspect is being fed up the food chain.

Pros

Primoris Services Corporation has dump truck loads cash running out their pocketbooks. Some good people for the most part and want to grow. Deep pockets is good when working with public money.

Cons

The JCG old regime managing and running JCG - PSC along with their old timer friends working for JCG in Belton will end up breaking PSC. James Construction Group in Belton safety isn't something to brag about. Unsafe. Belton James Construction Group is what gives Heavy Highway a bad name and makes everyone's job difficult. PSC needs to stick to plant and piping work and get out of the heavy highway work.

Pros

Remain in close proximity to home if in south Louisiana. Great pay. Wonderful people.

Cons

Owned by a large corporate firm, so there can be a good bit of corporate politics or heavy governance at times.
