Pros

Company has good products and it's easy to understand how you affect the business and the bottom line. Good 401k match and some s

Cons

Company is in a state of transition since the buyout. Short sighted decisions of previous management/ownership are coming home to roost. New management trying to make decisions based on metrics that are in and of themselves kind of questionable, people who were trying to make positive change are let go because they can't effect positive change instantly especially amongst a corporate culture that's very reactionary. Bad work/life balance if you are part of the office staff. Vacation carry over/grants are some of the stingies I've ever seen.

Pros

Pay. That's about it. Just the Pay.

Cons

Bad leadership. No regard for safety or quality. Poorly ran. No one listens to ideas, just points fingers. If you work a salary position you'll work 60 plus hours a week at least.
