•The offices are creative. •People are generally friendly. • Free food • Work life balance is ok
Cons
•Poor management and leaders who struggle to take the business in a positive direction. • Mass redundancies which are handled poorly. •Pay is below average and not competitive. •Career opportunities are non-existent which leads to great talent leaving the business. • Not very diverse in comparison to other organisations. • Extremely cliquey there is a division between people who are familiar with Jamie and friends and other staff.
