You get to meet hard working people that are trying to help kids. Good work experience if you can stand working here long enough. Honestly not many pros at all.

Cons

The owner is a self centered, money hungry horrible person. Every day is stressful because they push billing, billing, billing instead of the care of the clients.

Only pros were the ability to fix your hours based on clients needs.

Cons

Lead behavior team workers at the office aren’t helpful. They make you feel stupid and their actions don’t show that they actually care about training you. When I asked for some guidance on how to set up my schedule, I wasn’t given much guidance at all and they brushed it off. They come off nice to begin with but as soon as your hired, they lie to you and don’t even bother to help you with anything. Yeah they say they would/will but they are all too busy or don’t even try to assist you.
