      Pros

      I keep expanding my knowledge of skincare products and treatments, in large part thanks to working with people who have valuable industry experience and generously share it. My daily work also provides opportunities to learn about different customer needs and solutions. It's nice to help people find options that make a difference for them.

      Expectations can feel too high, especially when several objectives must be achieved at once.

      Little training, just enough for you to learn the products.

      Cons

      - A deeply misleading operation where you are expected to buy products just to join, while being told you are building your own business and becoming your own boss, - In reality, you have no real control. - You cannot raise prices to increase profit or lower them to recover your investment faster. - Every important decision is controlled for you. - There is absolutely no freedom there.
