      Pros

      Military Values and culture. Love the culture at JANA, everyone gets along with everyone else. 401k Match, holiday pay and PTO

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive! Family owned so you will never move up in the company unless you have the last name of marry into it. Pay is low compared to other Tech Writers in the area.

      Pros

      No one standing over you, work at your own place. very understanding of Dr Apps, kids issues etc. Owners you can actually talk to, literally no appointment needed, just walk to their office and tell them your issue or needs.

      Cons

      The work can be very boring and repetitive. Sitting for the entire day reading creates a different kind of tired. Pay is uneven. Some people with degrees making the same or less than ppl with no exp. Pay is low for the trade. Raises come, but aren't much.
