The company feels directionless and increasingly desperate. Leadership appears to have overextended the business model and is now scrambling to figure out profitability. Their heavy reliance on payments as the primary revenue driver raises questions about long-term sustainability. Instead of building a clear strategy, they’ve leaned on questionable tactics that feel short-sighted and unstable.

The growing pains of a startup are something that should be expected. I only list any "cons" here to dissuade any potential hires that might think they have what it takes to work at Jane. The work is challenging and abundant at times, so if you are unwilling to lean on your team, you will fail. If you are selfish, have an ego to feed, or are here just for the money, you probably will not last long. Honesty and Integrity will weed out any frauds quickly. So yeah, you're gonna have to work really, really hard sometimes. But you know who else worked really, really hard? The '96 Chicago Bulls. And what did they do? They won. A lot.
