Cons
Some organizational practices can be slow to evolve, with a preference for traditional approaches over modern, data-driven, or technology-enabled solutions. This can slow progress and require extra effort to implement improvements. Poor work-life balance.

Pros
Supportive management and team members. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Good work / life balance, was only contacted once or twice outside of work for something that couldn't wait. Overall a really fantastic experience. Good opportunities for promotion within the company, especially at larger sites
Cons
promotion opportunities might be slower at smaller sites, although this was not my experience
