Pros
Started at the end of last season and haven't enjoyed coming to work more than I have the last 6 months. The Jansen Group is more like a family than a company with all members of the team being supportive and like minded. The goal is to go above and beyond expectations of the client and the passion that everyone has really shines through with the magnificent outcomes of the work being done.
Cons
I have yet to feel there are any to this point.

Pros
Best boss' I have ever had. They recognize skill and show it, in complements and more. Allow independent thinking and work, once skill level is demonstrated. The company does high quality work, on nice homes in nice neighborhoods.
Cons
Slight disorganization sometimes, but really nothing out of the ordinary, if not better. Based in Spruce Grove which is a really long morning commute from East Edmonton.
