Unlimited PTO Middle management does a good job.

Cons

Sudden terminations on all teams/levels with no warning on several occasions, ETL promises not to do it again every time. Head of People was let go overnight. Zero career growth. Yearly raises that don't even match inflation for high performers. Almost non existent bonuses. Blatant lies being told in company all-hands by ELT. Long-term employees are leaving. Executive leadership is completely out of touch with the technical problems that will break the company. Employees are being encouraged to provide their SSN's to potentially violate terms of use on payer websites. Extremely upset clients.

Cons

- No 401k match - Poor leadership at director level & above - Constantly changing priorities, fire drills (that could be easily avoided if our product team was proactive instead of reactive), and a lack of focus on what is most important - Company is not customer centered at all - Lack of accountability in the product & engineering departments - lengthy implementations with horrible direction and dwindling support from directors - told to fish for yourself when you’ve not been given the appropriate training and support to be able to do so

A flexible fast paced environment creating incredibly future altering tech using automations

Cons

Engineers beware, if your time is not DIRECTLY linked to story points, ie. support for your team, training, story grooming, you are INCREDIBLY likely to be fired without warning, advice, or consult from your peers.
