      Pros

      The nice thing about working at Janus was the paycheck every two weeks was timely.

      Cons

      The mood at this company became gloomy when raises were delayed and it became increasingly clear the company had its self not employees best interest. There is no growth within the company, job titles are created to keep staff at low wages, many of whom are accepting of this because they are retired. Low quality work is consistently pushed through because of poor project management and quality control. If you are looking just to draw a paycheck this company might be ideal for you.

      Pros

      - Centrally located in "downtown Evans" - PCs are replaced/upgraded ever 3-4 years - Work is fairly constant - Most employees are kind and knowledgeable in their fields - Cake on birthdays

      Cons

      - Overtime & Saturday “workdays” without pay or time off (comp time) - Under-skilled or non-motivated managers - Highest yearly pay raise percentage doesn’t even match yearly inflation - Empty promises, don't take anybody's word unless it is in writing - No clear path for advancement/promotion within the company

      Pros

      The HR team is fantastic. It is a good company to work for if you are working on a government contract offsite. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      The people are the corporate office were generally miserable. They used to be really happy, but circumstances led to huge amounts of turnover. These circumstances were never resolved. The owner will tell you what he thinks you want to hear instead of the truth.
