Law compliance is one of the most important thing in workplace and Japan Foundation complies perfectly. It is very fair in treating its employees; meaning you get what you deserve within the law/rules. This made the work environment very safe/comfortable, both physically and mentally.

Cons

The salary is rather uncompetitive. But it is within the law and it is neither a company nor profitable organization so there's not much you can do about that.
