      Flat structure, great CEO, good working environment, very approachable top management. Nice office, good office culture! Really enjoyed working at JTP

      Cons

      Some people might find the company lacks a bit aggressiveness. Everyone is too nice, and salary is below industry average which caused many good talent to leave the company.
