      Overtime!

      Pros

      There is always work, so there is a lot of stability for the company. You will always be guaranteed a pay check at the end of the week

      Cons

      Cannot have a life outside of work. You will have no idea of how many hours you will be working each day. At the drop of a hat, you will be on 12 hour shifts and have to work weekends too. You will live there during the busy season, 80 hours + per week. And don't forget, there are no lunch breaks! You are there for 12 hours and are expected to be working for 12 hours.

      Pressman for 18 years

      Pros

      There was no pros working there.

      Cons

      Treated employees like slaves. Other employees cared only about themselves. No teamwork whatsoever. Made supervisors out of pressman ect...with no supervisory skills at all. Place was full of favoritism. I walked out the door and made $5 an hour more.
