Pros
They are trying to grow and improve beyond their obvious problems.
Cons
Lots of turnover and management issues. The corporate office doesn't allow local management to make the really necessary decisions. They are more concerned with the financial status of the sales staff and higher ups than the treatment of the other employees.

Trying to grow beyond commercial print. National network can be an advantage. The digital printing department is the focus of management. Sheet-fed offset is taking a back seat.
Cons
Corporate CGX is focused on earnings first. Local leadership lacks vision and experience. Corporate Houston makes decisions from afar - the company feels very impersonal
