Pros

People are nice and inclusive. Team is supportive and helpful - good for new grads learning the ropes. Good exposure to a range of complex projects.

Cons

There were standard checklists and design management resources that weren’t made available to new staff. I accidentally discovered them after 2 years of working there.

At times neglected by managers Undervalued as the job is highly valued and you can be easily replaced Poor pay Not as diverse as advertised and you will be treated specially if you have an indigenous background
