      Management Never Cared for Employees and They Avoid it Still

      Pros

      They offered a wide variety of services and had a good number of clients. I wouldn't say I liked anything else personally.

      Cons

      The management is terrible. They never cared for people and will never care in the future. They offer ridiculously low wages and expect you to work till exhaustion to keep the clients happy. It was an awful experience that could only have been better if someone else was in leadership roles. These people are not competent!

      My experience here is so miserable I can’t even think of a single pro to list down…

      Cons

      Horrible pay, brutal workloads, and awful managers! Employees aren’t cared for or given any support at all. My experience working for JATEC Electrical couldn’t be any worse!

      Pros

      The only reason why you would want to work here is to gain some experience.

      Cons

      Company only cares about making money while completely disregarding employee wellbeing. Not only are the workloads we're assigned overwhelmingly heavy, the salary we receive is poor as well. You don't eve receive any opportunities to grow since management couldn't care less about providing you with any support or guidance.
