Pros
Great for mums, hours can be flexible. Men’s product is good. Shop has a good customer base. Pay matches others in similar job roles.
Cons
No where to grow to, no incentives. Nothing moves on within store, women’s product is bad quality and some of it can be found on market stalls in the town from the same suppliers. Staff discount is poor. Owners are horrible and have no care for staff. Small issues can be made very big and are petty. Some management are nasty and belittle others. Staff are made to wear high heels and make up, and skirts are expected on menswear on a weekend. Appalling.
