They are very cheap. They will pay you as little as they can. If you are not a full time worker then you are basically expendable

I met some great coworkers.

Cons

HR is unreliable. No Benefits. Unfair scheduling. No vacations. Management doesn't have their best interest in you. No Full time.

Poor Moral and Salary

Pros

Great benefits. Interesting events and shows but you are not allowed to enter them without purchasing tickets.

Cons

Salaries are not up to par with other establishments in the area. The change in directors and upper management have made functions worse. Salaries havent changed much in 10 years besides cost of living adjustments. The work moral is so low as staff is under appreciated and are expected to go above and beyond their job titles.
