Pros
Infrastructure is good. Hospital once opened had best Capex but no maintenance contract. Soon all Capex will be damaged with no new Capex planned and no maintenance contract I have place. So in short Hospital is sure to close down sooner than later
Cons
Stupid owners. Have no idea of business. Instead of listening to advice of doctors who are the main work force, they rely on corrupt HR people, who fool everyone including owners themselves. No incentive for good work done to doctors and staff. In the eye on management all staff and doctors deserve same salaries regardless of experience, quality of work, ethics or amount of work done. Management reward themselves for all the good work done by doctors and themselves in the form of inflated salary appraisals.Hardly any appraisals given to good doctors and staff. They show exaggerated profits to the owners where there are none. People regularly say that Jaypee group is in great mess created by there own as they have no business sense instead rely on management people who loot every one including the management. Unless the owners do radical changes in management and give control of management to doctors the hospital business would be doomed. Management don't pay salaries to anyone on time. Seek favors in cash and kind for releasing salaries and experience certificates. Pharmacy orders medications from companies which gives them maximum commissions.
