- poor local top management, they have no sense on how to make great business, but spend most of the time on talking, and it turned out nothing can be progressed - always think big but no support at all, decisions and ideas are changing EVERYDAY - poor working environment, carton boxes everywhere, limited space for work station - as a key electronic distributor, no freezer and microwave in office, are you kidding me? - messy operation system and procedure - not enough training to staff, colleagues are not helpful, just do their own task and would never think of helping others to solve problems/tasks - a place for fresh grad is fair, can't see any career development here
