      The family business

      Pros

      Laid back work environment. A lot of friendly people. No one watching over you like a hawk.

      Cons

      When review time comes you are suddenly a bad employee. Family moves up fast. Management is clueless at times. A lot more chiefs then Indians. When your good at something you stay in that position and are held back with not being compensated for it.

      Pros

      The company has been growing, and reaching for high goals. The company received supplier gold status from Pratt and Whitney when I was there. High standard for quality.

      Cons

      It is possible of course that this has changed, but the pay for engineers was not competitive. The company is more interested in itself, and less interested in investing in the individuals. When I was finishing my degree, I was pushed into either taking one class at a time or dropping out of school.

      NONE - There is nothing good about this company. SERIOUSLY look for another job if you're reading this.

      Cons

      Poor management, No direction, No training at all, Dishonest employees, Multiple OSHA violations, Unsafe workplace, Discriminatory HR personnel, Retaliates against any employees that voice any concerns, Entire company is controlled by a few people, Extremely depressing hostile environment. If you have any kind of disability they will not hesitate to discriminate against you or treat you differently.
