      Pros

      Company does give you a decent salary, the people are mostly nice to work with.

      Cons

      Long and painful processes, promote male over females and don’t deal with complains at all. Very old style approach to the running a company.

      Pros

      Good team with no egos and a genuine passion to serve customers. Good technology that is super flexible to solve most budget solutions. Very knowledgable and easy going consulting team that is the bedrock of this team.

      Cons

      Pay is below average market rate.Proper HR department is virtually non existent.

      Pros

      - They take care of employees - Excellent Covid response, no redundancies, all jobs safe - Ambitious growth targets - Excellent product - Well structured, HR, IT, all systems and processes are in place, and more to come - Flat structure, really transparent from the Executive team

      Cons

      Big company ambitions, still small. This creates extra work Focus on Europe Support centralized in Europe
