      Pros

      Jee are great at treating their employees fair and equal. They encourage career development, and actively support everyone's learning and development. Team build activities are strongly encouraged, which further strengthens the team on a day to day basis. I personally could not ask for a better employer.

      Cons

      Might not be for you if you prefer larger companies.

      Pros

      Flexible, a family feel amongst staff and a supportive employer. The pandemic has been really hard on working parents and Jee could not have been more supportive with hours, reducing expectations, even providing laptops to families that do not have IT equipment for their children for home-schooling purposes. Well done Jee.

      Cons

      Like most firms Jee is not perfect, but for a small business Jee does its best for its employees.
