      Pros

      It is a fair and transparent organization run by highly ethical and professional people. Achievements are acknowledged and learning is highly encouraged, Positive criticism to help correct one's actions are given by bosses from time to time. Open culture and friendly environment.

      Cons

      Scope for growth is limited. Increments are meagre. resources are often shared leading to conflicts of interests arising too often and affecting performance of employees. Very rigid set of principles of the company makes it less flexible to grab opportunities. Decision making is slow. Management lacks aggressiveness in its approach towards doing business.
