Work life balance,no much work pressure.
Cons
1.Management discriminates among employees. 2.You should be former employee of consona/aptean. Employees from other companies are treated like underdogs. 3.sincere people don't have place here,you should always play mind games. 4. Even if u are not capable of some.designation you will get the position that you want,as long as you are aligned with manager. 5. No chance to upgrade u career. 6. Onsite opportunity/ spot awards are only based on managers discretion, and people in first class will get it.
