The worst company I have ever worked for. Lad culture, if you don’t go out and drink you won’t fit in and will be made to feel like an outsider. Do not take racism and sexual harassment in the workplace seriously even when HR is involved. HR does absolutely nothing as decisions are left to senior management (who are terrible). Extremely low salaries, awful KPI’s and micromanagement at all levels. Not inclusive of people’s cultures and religions. Very backward, old school recruitment mentality where some managers make you work till 7/8pm. Many male managers/ senior members of the business make derogatory and inappropriate comments at women and get away with it.

Management are robotic. Decide on a goal but follow a path again and again into the same wall. Members of staff holding others back and not being transparent with regards to system data. Staff being micro managed to an embarrassing level, filled with lack of trust of a degrading nature. A set up to fail attitude and ticking boxes to keep kpi’s up with no idea of how to achieve a viable end goal.
