      Good pay once you get hired on.

      Horrible point system. Horrible management. In constant fear of losing your job. Employees are so miserable their only enjoyment out of life is talking about others. Long 12 hour shifts

      Fun people to work with in your zone.

      Cons

      Hours. They don't care about the people. They do nothing strategic to move the company forward. New management is so company focused that they cut off their nose to spite their face. They think the way to improve is to work everyone to death. Horrible place to work.

      Management is need of a complete overhaul. Great action plan and business plan, but won't spend money to fulfill those plans.
