Pros

Nothing to include here, we can move on to next topic

Cons

• 2 and half years bond period (6 months training + 2 years) • Salary 15K (including PF and ESI), you have to work at least 4-5 years to get 30K salary • Only 12 leaves per year (Saturday working day) • If you take more than 12 leaves in a year you will lose 2 days salary for each leave • If you take leave before and after holiday, they will consider the holiday also as your leave • If you take leave without information you will lose 2 days salary • Even if you informed, Team Leader should approve your leave, else you will lose the same 2 days salary • You have to come by 9:00 AM sharp, but you can only leave if they say so, even after 6:00 PM (You probably would have completed you work before 6:00 PM, but you have to sit for another 20-40 mins just for their approval, I myself waited more than 1 hr for their approval after completing my work and I'm ashamed of it) • You can come late 2 times per month and for that also you have to get Team Leader's approval, otherwise you will lose half day salary for each late (Note: You have to ask permission before 7:30 AM for coming late) • If you didn't shave or wear shoes, they will send you home, you have to come back after shaving or wearing shoes. If you didn't comeback, you will lose 2 or 3 days salary (as per their mood) for that day • Mobiles not allowed • Browsing is prohibited. They blocked Google search and I'm not shocked because they blocked their own website before that. (I still don't know why) • You have to sit at your place throughout the day, if you are not at your place for more than 10 mins then you are questioned for it • If you stand beside your colleagues' seat for more than 1 min, then you are questioned for it • They think that keeping it strict will improve the work efficiency of employees, but that's not the case (you also know that) as it only helps in getting them more irritated at the management

Please find the response for your cons. 1. Please check with other MNC's what is the basic procedures when some fresher is hired. 2. Roughly a 4-5 years te nuredemployee is getting around 5.5 -7 Lakhs range in our orgnaization. 30 K is just 3.6 LPA. Looks like you are in a low performing category. 3. It is a fact if any employee exhaust their leave balance it will go as LOP. 4. This is something very rare . If your teammates in the same project are still working and you leaving early gives a perfect example of your leadership skills. 4. Check this point with other MNC's and come back to us. 5. The new HR team has worked on this and they have removed this system. Check with your friends who are currently working. 6. You are supposed to inform your TL well before the instructed time , if not it will be an unapproved leave. 7. Again check with your other friends. 8. Our question is why you are coming in slippers to work. Its your work place and not home. 9. Yes, Mobiles are not allowed but you can use it on a limited basis. 10. You are working in an organization and you are restricted to see other websites as per IT act. The rest is your mindset. We can avoid these reviews but currently the Organization is planning to go through a proper vision and we have high plans to ramp up our teams so this should not affect our growth. All the best ..

Pros

There is no single positive reason to be here. People here are not staying because they like it but just that they dont have any option because JRA said many false promises during interview process. Please do not join.

Cons

2. 12 days leave per year and after that single LOP and sometimes double LOP 3. No proper pantry 4. You cannot talk to your colleagues and laugh for a while and by doing that you will be questioned of why you are happy. 5. 2 household ladies are running the company and the main one has zero management qualification to manage the business. 6. MD talks irrelevant answers when you question about office policies and worst examples to divert the topic. 7. Even if you complete the work, you cannot leave the office by 6PM until other teams complete their work. 8. TLs are voiceless insects who cannot survive outside JRA, so they won't let anyone grow and they too won't ask management about their baseless policies. 9. They tell that they will change the office location to a bigger place but its been on progress for last 4 yrs. 10. Last but not least washrooms are most stinkiest and they don't bother to keep it clean or make necessary changes.

Pros

Water and tea free(two times) As the management is local so you can ta lk in Tamil Sunday holiday Probation period for 6 to 12 months(you get good time to try outside) You can save your mobile bill(see the cons)

Cons

2 years bond after probation. You cannot talk to your opposite sex peer Mobile strictly prohibited You cannot use toilet more than 5 minutes or your manager will ask what you were doing inside the toilet After you quit, your original certificate won't return unless you pay 1 Lakh INR. They will ask you to come to court to get your certificate. They send mail & will ask you to go home for not shaving and punishment is loss-of-pay for that day. Manager & HR are very busy noting down how much time you go to toilet/pantry Salary will be slightly more than a kuli. If you take leave or come late then 20% more will be deducted. If you do not inform before taking leave (within 10 AM) fine Rs 2000 4 Team Leaders out of which 1 has no degree. 1 still has arrears in B.Tech. Another will keep watching what you are doing eg. where you go.How long you eat.Did you take bath. And report to the management Daily pressure+stress+insults+torture all for no reason

I would like to answer to your cons. 1. Even MNC's like Infosys or Wipro has got employment agreement .. The employees have to understand the pain of training inconsistent performers to better ones.. I hope you are not in that category. Signing up a bond is beneficial for both employee and employer . The Employee will be still eligible for a appraisal cycle. 2. I am in this organization since last 8 months and I am seeing a very good culture between both the sexes . 3. You are working in the most confidential and critical projects which needs higher level of concentration. Hence mobile usage is restricted in your workstations. however you can use it in your break timings in the front office. 4. What is the reason to sit in toilet for more than 5 minutes... If you are not seen sitting in your work station , its not JRA , even google manager will search for you. 5. As the agreement says if you are not fulfilling the terms and conditions , you are supposed to pay 1 lakh as per the agreement. Post paying you will be getting the documents. I hope you have read the conditions before joining. 6. I guess answering to other questions will take more time for me and its a waste of energy for me as well. Hope you are not one among the terminated category based on the performance. All the best.
