      - Some great people, lots of talent - Lots of learning opportunities

      Cons

      - Incompetent leadership, business has performed poorly in the previous few years - Unfair dismissals and redundancies across the whole company (after the Brandtech acquisition) - Flawed organisational structure and very limited growth oppportunities for individuals
