Pros
Full time work ++ you can work as many hours as you want/can. Opportunities for growth. Decent wage to start.
Cons
Dangerous work ethic driven by toxic masculinity. Expectation to put 10+ hour days in on the regular with no overtime. Driving for 3 hours a day with 1 hour of time compensated. Not willing to work with employee needs to support a safe and healthy work environment. Employees who left the company were villainized /slandered within the company afterwards. Promoting of problem employees.
