      The people...best staff I've worked with. Cooperation, training, valuation.

      Cons

      It's a tough job. Physical and emotional stressors are real. It's also a school, so pay isn't equal with other jobs; however, Jenks pays more than other schools. The vacation times are great as long as this is not your main income, because they are unpaid.
