Pros
The pay is good as long as you do not make more than management. That can stifle your career with gatekeepers.
Cons
Lack of opportunities, diversity and the opposite of inclusion. Racist/bias culture, they tell employees they are sensitive when called out on micro/macro aggressions. Management came up in the company together and makes sure there are no paths for outsiders.
