      Pros

      They always have work available and some pretty high-end clients. However, you won't see that reflected in your pay as their commission is more than half of what they are paying you. I know this because I was instructed to open the mail for the client and accidently saw their billing.

      Cons

      Assignments tend to be very short. Pay is lower than average. They do not have a permanent placement division.

      they can definitely find you a state job, which will give you a first hand look into the administrative world. they have a lot of plugs with state offices and these assignments look good on your resume.

      Cons

      they don't pay well at all and some of the assignments you have to do a lot of work.
