      Pros

      You will receive a pay check every 2 weeks but most likely if you accept the offered wage it will not be enough to support a family.

      Cons

      Jensen has had a history to work as many hours as needed to meet all customer needs but has lacked adequate management. Morale is very low, every day is reactive, the environment is hazardous, unorganized and wasteful.

      High School ALL over again - DO NOT WORK HERE!!

      The job was easy but the co-workers sucked!

      Cons

      Like high school Lot of gossiping and backstabbing. Management favorite negatively impact positive planning and growth. In staff bickering and self entitlement is rabid; negative working environment. ZERO management back up or support. ZERO Growth potential. The workers there are too busy focused on everyone else's business instead of being focused on their jobs!

      Great work environment, ability to grow if you want to, tuition reimbursement, family feel atmosphere.
