The acquisition by TB is a disaster. Cost cutting, layoffs, no established processes, tons of c-suite hiring, increased bureaucracy. initial comp package was more costly, had fewer benefits. New "job architecture" structure...i hope it works out...

Where to begin. Senior Leadership is only a couple of steps away from a cult. TB placed the leaders, then the leaders hired other private equity friends. It is the wild, wild west with this team. Job titles are fluid, as management really does whatever they want. People are leaving in droves, and those that haven't left yet are looking elsewhere. I beg you not to work here- it is the most depressing place I've ever worked, and every co-worker feels the same. Work days are 12+ hours, with no time to even run an errand. Corporate calls are cheap propaganda where leaders basically congratulate each other while the actual workers look on. Don't do it.
